I've had the same problem. Its independant from the USB-Stick. The SW of the Navi-system is blocked at this point based on running in a wrong loop of software. You have to tell your garage that they have to contact Bosch. Using the chassis number of the car they have to generate a new Stick with content. With the new Stick any update is running well. There is no other way because the card status depends on building date and chassis number of the car. Any Stick from another Nissan is not accepted by the system.
